All domestic orders are shipped from Australia.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $30 AUD.



Standard Shipping


  • Orders under $ 30 AUD are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.






International Shipping



We ship to selected international destinations.

  • Free standard international shipping is available on orders over $69 AUD.



Standard International Shipping


  • Orders under $69 AUD are subject to international shipping fees, calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control.






Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)



International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities in the destination country.


  • These charges are not included in the order total.
  • The recipient is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Camillia Pink does not collect or remit international customs charges.
  • Camillia Pink is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional charges arising from customs clearance procedures.



Failure to pay applicable duties or taxes may result in the parcel being delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities. Any costs associated with returned or abandoned parcels will not be refunded.





Shipping Confirmation & Tracking



  • Tracking is provided where available and will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • Camillia Pink is not responsible for tracking delays or inaccuracies provided by shipping carriers.






Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery



  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • Camillia Pink is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, reshipping fees may apply.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.






Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels



  • Camillia Pink is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.
  • Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.






Risk of Loss



Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon dispatch of the order to the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
