This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made with Camillia Pink.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Incorrect style selection
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer wanting the product

Hygiene & Safety Policy
For the safety of our customers, lashes, press-on nails, and beauty products cannot be returned or refunded if opened, used, or tampered with.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if:
- The product has been opened or used
- The hygiene seal has been broken
- The product is not returned in its original condition and packaging
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will happily provide a replacement or refund if:
- You receive a faulty product
- You receive an incorrect item
- The product arrives damaged
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Clear photos or videos must be provided showing the issue
- Products must be unused unless the fault would not have been discoverable without opening

Refunds (If Approved)
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are issued for the product value only

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order.
International Orders
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Orders delayed, refused, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- Camillia Pink is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities
- If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will review the case on an individual basis
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date
Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for goods that are:

- Not as described
- Not of acceptable quality
